Arrival + Welcome 2pm
Tea and refreshments
Yoga + Meditation 2:15pm
A challenging and fun dynamic flow for all, connecting movement with the breath, creating space for your own experience and explore your awareness. Supporting each student on their journey and ensuring variations and adaptions for injuries, health conditions and physical limitations. Using elements from Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda to aid in restoring the body safely and creating deep relaxation and harmony.
Group Drumming 3pm
Coming together in the lodge with sound and vibration to share the fun and healing of a drum circle. Finding our own rhythms, expressing ourselves through the drum and enjoying the therapeutic experience of drumming. We use a variety of drums and percussion from around the world. If you have any drum or percussion instrument please bring it along. No experience necessary!
Drum Journey 3:45pm
A deeply transformative experience, bringing peace, balance, insights and understanding, releasing negative feelings, blockages and emotions. With a repetitive drum beat, this slows our brain waves, rests the mind, and allows a deep inner connection. After being guided by an empowering visualisation, there is also time to take a personal journey in a safe and supportive environment.
Closing Fire Ceremony 4:15pm
In the Fire Ceremony we intentionally raise our vibrations, sharing what we are grateful for, lessons learnt. We let go of what no longer serves us. Bringing with us the feelings, thoughts and patterns that have been holding us back, old habits and stories. Making space to focus our intention on new dreams and what we want to create, invite in and manifest now and for the year ahead. We will then feed this to the flames in an offering, whilst our companions hold and share the space, allowing the deep, clearing, cleansing, purifying power of the fire to transform us all.
